For the past 2-3 years, Equatorial Cameron Highlands have organised a Lantern Making Contest in conjunction with the Mid Autumn Festival. The contest is open to all children in
Cameron Highlands. The theme is to recycle and reuse. Some of the lanterns are really beautiful and its hard to believe they were made from waste. This year the contest was held on 11th September 2011. Below are some of the most beautifully created lanterns.
